The two residential complexes become linear through the aggregation of the same module articulating a low volume with a high volume:
The variable depth lower volumes together with low planting (hedges) determine the dimensions that establish the site boundary. They clearly delineate public footpaths and the private residential courtyard spaces.
Based on the stepped volume, the typologies create outdoor terrace areas; real hanging gardens.
On the ground floor of one or several apartments, planned around a patio type outdoor space.
On the upper floors, depending on the location, the high volume superimposes two or three levels. The two top levels are planned as duplexes.
All apartments are transversal with an east/west orientation to ensure high quality, not only environmental but also architectural; i.e. the quality of light, views, natural ventilation.
