Construction – Guyana – Operation of National Interest 12

Development work on Tranche 2 of the Montsinéry-Tonnegrande ZAC in French Guiana began earlier this month. 600 homes, businesses and shops on a territory covering 57 ha (including 22 ha for phase 1).

This key area will be attached to the island of Cayenne, based on the master plan developed by Ateliers 2/3/4/, the architect, urban planner and landscape architect for this 300-hectare “Operation of National Interest” (N°12), known as “Les Savanes”.

Our goal is to create a driving economic cluster perfectly integrated in its environment, through a Natural City approach, by enhancing existing assets, building on the region’s strengths (including the development of solar energy) and asserting its role as an agricultural belt on the scale of Cayenne island.

Take a look back at the site visit, wihch took place on Tuesday November 14, in the presence of Patrick Lecante, Mayor of Montsinéry-Tonnegrande, and the teams, including Aude Moulimard, Project Director and Johan Picorit for Ateliers 2/3/4/.
