Of a linear shape, the TEMPO office building both qualifies the forecourt of the new Rosa Parks station and characterises rue Gaston Tessier.
Oriented north-south, the two main façades of the same pattern are distinguished by very different thicknesses, justified by fitness for purpose and relationship to the surrounding space.
To the south, the façade is sculpted in depth to offer natural sunscreens and to protect oneself with regard to the large towers of the Cité Michelet.
To the north, the façade is smooth and the boxes of the south facade are transformed into large screens overlooking the spectacle of the now-silent trains.
The office floors allow for any type of layout, from isolated offices to open spaces.
The anodised aluminium cladding of the building makes the façades vibrate in response to the variations of the Parisian sky.
