Pyramides d’argent IDF – General Public Award for Passage Saint-Mandé
We are proud and delighted to announce that the Passage Saint-Mandé residential project, located rue du Niger in Paris’s 12th arrondissement, has won the “Prix du Grand Public” awarded by the FPI IDF – Fédération des promoteurs immobiliers d’Île-de-France.
Designed by Ateliers 2/3/4/, and co-promoted by Green City Immobilier and CITEVO, this residence has everything you need to live well in the city. With its “private mansion” feel underpinned by an elegant façade of geosourced ashlar (Oise), it features a ground-floor garden and a green roof to help promote biodiversity in the city.
A “NF Habitat HQE Niveau Excellent” project (Certification in progress).
A big thank you to the public and to all the project teams, especially: Loïc Viaud, Marc Bissière, Benoît Picoche for Green City Immobilier, Gautier Gassmann for Citevo, and Laure Mériaud, Associate Architect, Gabrielle Majesté, Project Director, Arnaud Tallon, Project Director, Pauline Gaulard and Johan Picorit for Ateliers 2/3/4/.
