September is always a busy time in the life of Ateliers 2/3/4/. The one that our teams have had the pleasure of experiencing this year will live long in the memory.

We are particularly pleased and proud to announce that our project, developed with Delta Promotion & Deltamenagement, has been selected as the winner of LOT 3 of the Call for Promoters for Phase 2 of the Quartier de l’Amphithéâtre in Metz, launched by SAREMM, the developer of the ZAC.

Our proposal is to invent and bring the city to life by offering a wide range of ways of living in the heart of a green, dynamic and attractive area that is a source of biodiversity, in interaction with its environment. A family-friendly, intergenerational neighbourhood that will benefit all residents of Metz and the surrounding Eurometropolis.

Architecturally, our project is developing a strong building frontage, a new landmark in the urban landscape, with regular facades punctuated by a variety of floor plans.

Open to the generous heart of the city block, the planted facades interact with the landscape. They optimise the privacy of the apartments and enhance the quality of the views through sculpted volumes which help maximise sunlight. Quality of life is at the heart of this project. The adaptability and flexibility of spaces are made possible by the units’s enhanced uses and the typological variations that have been introduced.

A real “living park”, combining bold planning and quality of life with architectural coherence and an ambitious environmental approach – RE2020 between -5% and -10%, NF Habitat HQE 6* and Biodivercity.
