ARCHITECTURE-URBAN PLANNING – PROJECT MANAGER

Are you ready for a new adventure?

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an Architect-Urbanist, project manager, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience.

– Trained as an architect; a training in urban planning (specialised Master’s degree) would be an advantage,

– With a background in “urban planning and development”, a previous experience in urban and operational project management is mandatory.

6 Skills, interests (or training) in public spaces/landscape design are a plus.

The post to be filled will cover a wide range of pre-operational urban projects (feasibility / capacity studies / development plan / master plan) and operational urban projects (urban and architectural coordination with the establishment of a guide plan, specifications, lot sheets and monitoring of construction and public spaces.

We are looking for graphic skills, the ability to lead meetings, to manage “architects and architectures”, to write reports, and to explain and educate the project owner.

Self-motivated, serious, willing to learn. Supervisory experience would be appreciated.

Ability to write required, with possible involvement in drafting invitations to tender.

The position, based in Paris, is to be filled as soon as possible.
