Completed project – refurbishment of housing in Ville d’Avray

Within the Domaine de la Ronce in Ville d’Avray, Ateliers 2/3/4/ associated with SATO delivered a rehabilitation project of a 60’s housing building.

This rehabilitation was carried out for the account of Gecina, accompanied by Woodeum as assistant of the owner.

This project, carried out on an occupied site, involved the rehabilitation of the 5 facades, to improve the energy efficiency of the building, but also to create a new architectural style.
The project also includes the creation of loggias, offering an additional room, the creation of new first floor apartments, new common areas and halls on the ground floor accessible to people with disabilities.
