Ateliers 2/3/4/ wins urban project management contract for the development of the Grand Arénas in Nice

Ateliers 2/3/4/ is proud to support EPA Nice Écovallée in this new development phase for Grand Arénas!

This key sector is located at the junction between the Plaine du Var, the coastline and Nice metropolitan area’s major infrastructure.

A territory facing challenges which echo our vision for the city:
To support the transformation of a changing region – in this area where the link between the sea and the valley, between the Mediterranean and Var region, is being reinvented,
To be rooted in geography and in tune with the climate – the landscape, light, winds and heat shape customs and imaginations here; they define the contours of Nice’s unique urban character;
To embrace diversity and reveal continuities in a fragmented fabric with multiple layers, we must read the traces, understand the ruptures and reinvent the links to bring forth a neighbourhood that is inhabited and alive,
To take appropriate action – in this city in perpetual motion, every move must be precise, every choice meaningful, to accompany the transformation without ever betraying the spirit of the place.

An initial kick-off meeting and site visit took place on 13 November with the EPA and our partners: Ingerop, Puya Paysage and Le Cabanon Vertical.

A big thank you to the EPA Nice Écovallée for their trust!
