Project Brief for the 2nd phase
Interior fittings of 4 office floors for the AUSTERLITZ building, floors 4 to 7.
The "Easy" concept developed by the (builders’ consultant) and implemented (realized) in this project breaks down (splits / divides) the workspaces into 4 types with 4 different layouts:
- The bench: it consists of a large open space, with individual and unallocated workstations
- The hive: these are meeting rooms for 3 to 30 people,
- The lab: it is dedicated to collaborative work, for brainstorming or standup meetings
- And the lounge: to meet for a break, informal exchanges, a friendly or festive moment
Our mission as interior designer focused on: the layout of the floors, the design of custom-made furniture, the prescription of industrial furniture, the follow-up of the site monitoring.

The insurance branch of a big banking company asked for Ateliers 2/3/4/ to design their new headquarters.
This work, conducted closely to the client and its teams, aimed at conceptualizing workplaces based on their new ways of working – desk free, team spaces, IT empowerment – with close attention to their brand identity.
Thanks to our expertise, the new workplaces offers flexibility while respecting the operational coherence.
Economy of scale generated by this new way of working allows us to offer higher quality spaces, consistent with the image this company wanted to show.
Ateliers 2/3/4/ teams worked to offer a tailored “sur mesure” design, thanks to the use of warm intemporal materials.
In line with our vision of “Spaces to live”, the design offered to the client allowed him to fully enters the workplaces of tomorrow.
